Join Chef Emeril Lagasse, Emeril Lagasse Foundation President; Kristin Shannon, the foundation’s Executive Director; and board of directors members Tony Cruz, Eric Linquest and Mark Romig, for an evening of exquisite wines by world-renowned vintners and the uncorking of the “Bacchus” Special bottling, along with entertainment by New Orleans musicians and headliners Kool and the Gang. Enjoy remarkable wine and haute cuisine by this year’s “Krewe du Vin”: all-star chefs Mario Batali, Gale Gand, Kevin Rathbun and Norman Van Aken.

 Carnivale du Vin recently ranked No. 3 on Wine Spectator’s list of “Top 10 U.S. Charity Wine Auctions.” The primary annual fundraiser for the foundation, Carnivale helps support nonprofits for children’s causes and educational programs, such as NOCCA, Liberty’s Kitchen, Edible Schoolyard, Café Reconcile and St. Michael Special School.
