NEW ORLEANS – The team at Osteria Lupo announced it is raising a glass to Italian Heritage Month with the debut of a brand-new Happy Hour and a month-long lineup of regional Italian specialties.
Launching in time for Italian Heritage Month, the new Happy Hour will be offered daily from 4 – 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy a rotating selection of Negronis and Spritzes for $9, half-priced beer and wine by the glass, and a curated menu of Italian-inspired small plates including Burrata Crostini, Pesce Crudo, Wood-Fired Oysters, and Roasted Fall Squash.
Throughout October, Osteria Lupo’s kitchen will also showcase rotating regional specials that highlight the country’s diverse traditions—from the truffle-rich cuisine of Piedmont and coastal flavors of Liguria, to the rustic dishes of Tuscany and the bold fare of Treviso. Guests can expect inventive antipasti, handcrafted pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and seasonal pesce dishes, all rooted in time-honored Italian techniques and the freshest local ingredients.
“Italian Heritage Month is a time to celebrate not only the food, but the history, families, and traditions that make Italian culture so rich and meaningful,” said co-owner Reno DeRanieri in an announcement about the happy hour. “Our celebration is motivated by the regions that continue to inspire our kitchen every day.”
In addition to the food, guests can enjoy Italian wines and classic aperitivi that have been thoughtfully selected to complement the seasonal menu. The restaurant’s warm and inviting atmosphere creates the perfect setting for enjoying the company of friends and family.
