E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial: Film with Live Orchestra
It may be hard to think of new ways to experience a timeless classic. But the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra lets viewers fall in love with their favorite films all over again, accompanied by a live orchestra. This month, they’ll be performing with Steven Spielberg’s heartwarming 1982 film E.T. the Extra Terrestrial Jan. 20-22 at the Orpheum Theater.

From the 19th through the early 20th century, New Orleans was the center of global trade routes.
