NEW ORLEANS (press release) –  Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans and Chef Donald Link introduce Louisiana’s unique kind of happy hour—Oyster Hour at Chemin à la Mer. Oyster Hour takes place Monday through Friday from 3 – 5 p.m. at the Oyster Bar, in the Purple Grackle Bar, and on the Terrace, all located on the fifth floor of the Four Seasons New Orleans overlooking the Mississippi River.

Chef Link offers $1 select oysters paired with a $10 glass of wine selected by Chemin’s sommelier, Emily Kitzmiller. In addition to raw oysters, an all-day bar snacks menu is available featuring fried Marcona almonds with rosemary and sea salt; marinated artisanal olives with lemons and Provençal spice; the Grackle Burger with comte, caramelized onions, and dijonnaise on a brioche bun; and pâté grande mère served with cornichon, whole grain mustard, and sourdough.
