NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Parade of Homes, presented annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans (HBAGNO), is the official showcase of home design in the Greater New Orleans area. It kicks off this weekend and serves as the area’s best opportunity to tour new homes and see the latest innovations in building techniques and industry trends. The 2023 Parade of Homes features 22 homes by 14 local builders. It is presented by Burk Construction and Development, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, Hyman L. Bartolo, Jr. Contractors, Inc., Sunrise Homes, and Troyer Builders.

New this year, attendees will be able to vote via the New Orleans Parade of Homes app for their favorite home as they visit each new house during the first weekend of the Parade. Winning homes will be announced during an Awards Reception on June 22 at 6pm at the Ferguson Showroom in Metairie.
WHERE: Neighborhoods across the metro: The Parks of Plaquemines, English Turn, Live Oak Estates and Live Oak Manor in Waggaman, Heather Oaks in Luling, Old Metairie, Lake Vista, Gabriel, Taft Park, Louisiana Trace in Kenner, and Audubon Place in Destrehan.
WHEN: Saturday & Sunday, June 17-18 and 24-25 | 1 to 5 p.m.
Download the “New Orleans Parade of Homes” mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. The app will feature a full list of homes, directions, a range of prices, builder contacts, sponsors, and the ability to virtually tour homes starting June 26. People can also visit the HBAGNO website or pick up the printed program from participating homes and other select locations around town. The Parade of Homes is FREE and open to the public.
