Friends of Jefferson the Beautiful operates to administer safety and beautification projects in cooperation with the Jefferson Parish Parkways Department. The nonprofit also produces a major educational seminar each year known as “Tree School.” Funds raised from the annual “Autumn Affair” are used to beautify and landscape public green spaces in the Parish.
Fabulous fare and libations were provided by Bravo, Green Fork and Martin’s Wine Cellar. Dardaneaux’s Gourmet Cheesecakes were a special crowd pleaser.
Auction highlights included original artwork, sporting event tickets and an autographed Archie Manning jersey.
Gala Chairs were Lucy Thomas, Holley Haag, Heather Rittenberg and Holly Hanford. Patron Party Hosts were Jackie and M.J. Wolfe.
