NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Peacock Room at Kimpton Hotel Fontenot will have a lip print reader in on Oct. 23 and 30 from 4 to 7 p.m., giving complimentary readings (just need to tip!) on a first come first served basis.
If you’re unfamiliar, it’s similar to palm reading, but instead reading the print your lips make using lipstick on paper. It’s a fun way to start your evening, and stop in for a drink at Peacock Room, before heading out to the Krewe of BOO! Parade on Oct. 23 at 6:30 p.m.
Plus, each Thursday this month, Robin Barnes and Da Lovebirds will be performing at Peacock Room, filling the space with beautiful music from 8 to 10 p.m. And Friday’s “Flash Your Feathers” event is still ongoing at Peacock, where guests who come wearing their flashy head pieces receive a complimentary glass of bubbles.
