PJ’s Coffee Brings Back Southern Wedding Cake Drinks

NEW ORLEANS (press release) –  PJ’s Coffee announced the return of Southern Wedding Cake, available in hot, iced and frozen varieties from May 8 through Aug. 5.

Inspired by the almond-vanilla wedding cakes that can be found at Southern celebrations, these drinks start with PJ’s signature cold brew concentrate, infused with almond, vanilla and buttery cake flavors. Blended with creamy milk and pure cane sugar, then steamed and frothed to a silky finish, the result is a smooth drink that PJ’s says captures the charm and sweetness of a true New Orleans classic.

The Southern Wedding Cake Velvet Ice blends the same flavor profile with milk and ice, topped with whipped cream for the ultimate indulgence.

“Our Southern Wedding Cake drinks are a love letter to New Orleans,” said Executive Vice President of Marketing Reid Nolte in a release. “They’re sweet, nostalgic and just indulgent enough, with a signature presentation that turns heads. This iconic lineup has become a seasonal tradition — one that’s looked forward to every year, and the kind of commitment no one regrets.”
