What do you enjoy most about the job?
I enjoy the client interaction throughout every stage of the process. From the initial brainstorming session and determining what the homeowners envision to the final walkthrough at home completion, the people aspect of this job makes it meaningful and fulfilling. Nothing compares to seeing their facial expressions when they realize they now have their luxury custom dream home.
What is the best feedback you’ve ever gotten?
The best feedback for me is the fact that our clients hire us to build multiple homes for them and that the vast majority of our projects are referrals from not only past clients but also from vendors and suppliers in the industry. Most clients and vendors state one word when referring to Precision Builders: “meticulous!”
What do you love about being a builder?
All of it—I love clearing a property in preparation for that first pile to be driven and envisioning the completed home. I love walking our clients’ families through the house during each stage and watching their faces light up with excitement and amazement. I love the relationships we make during the build process that last long after the move-in date. The phone calls we receive months and even years after the homeowners move in that express how pleased and grateful they are for their dream home is what truly drives this passion of mine day in and day out.
