The menu presents elevated takes on seasonal favorites from the Berry Salad with Mixed Baby Greens, local Berries, Goat Cheese, Spiced Pecans, and Cane Vinaigrette to the Gulf Fish Amandine topped with Brown Butter, Baby Green Beans sautéed with Sweet Onion, Toasted Almonds, and Butter Poached Potatoes and the Seared Scallops with Crab Fat Rice, Asparagus, Pickle Pepper Relish, and Beurre Blanc. End it all on a sweet note with the Triple Chocolate Cherry Mousefeaturing Gluten Free Espresso Shortbread, Milk Chocolate, Cherry Mousse, and a Dark Chocolate Crunchy Shell.
