One thing we love about our real weddings is getting to know more about the couple. The photos are great for inspiration, and always gorgeous to look at, but it’s something about adding the love story that adds the proverbial cherry on top of the [wedding] cake.
Engagement Story:
Nick and I met while we were both attending LSU through our mutual friend, Jake. Jake and Nick were in the same fraternity and their spring formal dance was coming up. Nick needed a date, and decided to bring me! Of course, the relationship started off as just friends, so we spent a weekend in New Orleans dancing the night away with Nick’s fraternity brothers and many of our other mutual friends. Our relationship quickly progressed from friends to boyfriend and girlfriend on April 13, 2019. Over the past few years, Nick and I have celebrated many milestones together from both of us graduating from LSU to me getting into law school and Nick becoming a nurse. After dating for over four years, Nick finally decided to pop the question! We are so excited to start the next chapter in our lives!
