Redfish on the Half Shell

Tucked away in the historic Warehouse District, Briquette is redefining what it means to be a leader in fine dining. Under the leadership of owner and restauranteur Anna Tusa, the restaurant’s dedicated team is not content to just serve top-of-the-line meals in a beautiful setting — although they certainly offer both. Instead, Tusa takes it a step further, delicately curating an experience that makes customers feel like part of the family.

Visitors are invited to enjoy contemporary coastal dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, without the stuffiness sometimes associated with fine dining. A member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the oldest food and wine society in the world, the restaurant features an 18-foot seafood display showcasing daily deliveries of fresh fish — including their signature Louisiana Redfish on the Half Shell, which is served with a charred lemon butter and Belle River crawfish relish.
