NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The work of William Christenberry spans from pioneering color photography, abstract expressionist paintings, sculptures and some lesser-known ink and pencil drawings. Using ink and large format paper, Museum Educator Mikhayla Anderson will lead participants in an investigation of Christenberry’s abstract reflections of the gourd tree, so prevalently displayed throughout Hale County.
For adults 18 and up. Advanced registration is required. Materials will be provided. $40 member, $45 non-member.
