NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Saint John announced that reservations are now open for its new location at 715 St. Charles Ave, opening next Friday, Sept. 27. The restaurant will be open daily (closed Tuesdays) for lunch, dinner and happy hour with enhanced lunch and dinner menus created by Executive Chef Eric Cook and Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert. Menus feature many of Saint John’s original staples including the Oysters Saint John, Turkey Necks, Baked Macaroni Pie, Creole Beef Daube and Shrimp Yassa, along with a variety of new dishes.
