NEW ORLEANS – Restaurant R’evolution announced it’s 2025 Mother’s Day offerings.
The restaurant will be open all day, so guests can honor their mothers for brunch or a nice dinner in the city.
The menu highlights spring dishes that are designed by the team perfect for this special occasion. Menu items include Lobster Salad with macedoine de legumes; Chilean Sea Bass with potatoes, white wine and beurre citron; Fruits de Mer with lobster tail, whole Louisiana shrimp, scallops and red fish; and Chantilly Cake featuring vanilla cake, berries, white chocolate milk crunch and lemon olive oil ice cream.
In addition to the menu items, the restaurant is featuring spring-forward cocktails. The options include Only Jams with vodka, passionfruit, vanilla and lime, and Traffic was Crazy featuring tequila, mint, pineapple, cilantro and jalapeno, served with a tajin rim. Plus, a large selection of wine, beer and mocktails.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Reservations are now open and can be booked through the link HERE.
