NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Restaurant R’evolution announced the restaurant will be hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday, June 11, in partnership with California-based Ramey Wine Cellars. The evening, organizers share, will comprise of a lineup of wines including some rare gems from the Ramey library, all accompanied by a four-course tasting menu featuring Scallops, Duck Mole, Elk Chop, and a Fromage course to finish off the dinner.
