After Hurricane Katrina, Christian Russell partnered with his
brother-in-law Matthew Ruffino in his family business, Ruffino Custom Closets. The duo specializes in custom storage solutions such as closets and garages. Russell says they reach out to “all ranges” of clientele, and carry such brands as Schulte Corp. and Storage Squared Inc.
What are your goals in the business?
To provide the best-quality products, tailor-made for specific spaces and specific desires of the clients
What are some current trends in your business?
We’ve noticed many people are customizing their closets with more and more detail to add style to the functionality.
How is your store different or better than a competitor?
Matt and I are the owners and the designers, and we personally manufacture every piece of the storage solution. We personally install that solution. From beginning to end, we are handling each client’s job.
That, we believe, is a statement that no other company can say. We work with integrity, we have very fair pricing, and we go the extra mile with each customer we have.
