NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Located in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District, The Bower is helmed by Executive Chef Marcus Woodham, who has worked at some of NOLA’s most acclaimed restaurants – including Luke, Restaurant Patois, and more. The Bower will be offering a mouthwatering four-course Réveillon dinner. Priced at $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity), the menu follows:
First Course
Spicy Shrimp Arancini (red vinegar cucumbers and lemon creme fraiche)
Second Course
Turtle Soup (chopped egg, lemon, parsley and sherry)
Third Course (choice of…)
Radiatore Pasta (short rib ragout, chestnut mushrooms, sweet peas, truffle cream, and pecorino)
Eggplant Parmesan (Calabrese chilies, red gravy, burrata, and basil pesto)
Fourth Course
Lemon Olive Cake (pistachios and Italian zabaglione)
The Bower’s Réveillon dinner will be offered during dinner service through Dec. 30. It is not available on New Year’s Eve. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. The Bower is located at 1320 Magazine St.
