Executive Chef Knut Mjelde shares a menu of beloved classics including Turtle Soup; Crab Crusted Fish with Crab Fat Rice, Shrimp and Crab Velouté; Grilled Filet, Roasted Root Vegetables, Foie Gras Demi-Glace, and a Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie.
