Why did you start Party Rentals Delivered? My husband and I found a gap in the market for a party rentals company that delivered first-class service, no matter how big or small the event, at a very affordable price point.
How’s it going? The response has been great; all of our clients have been wonderful.
There are other party rental companies in New Orleans; why are you different? There are lots of differences. We offer free delivery and pick up with a $400 order. We don’t charge extra for a late pick up and we can provide custom layouts even for smaller events. All these unique aspects of our business enable us to offer superior customer service.
Tell us about some of the big events you’ve worked on? Honestly, all parties are equally important to the hosts, so they’re equally important to us, whether they are for two, 20 or 200 people. We enjoy knowing our clients rely on us to ensure that the design, planning, delivery and pick up all run smoothly and on time, so they can relax and enjoy themselves.
