NEW ORLEANS (press release) – For southerners craving winter, the wait is over! Ruby Slipper is embracing the most wonderful time of the year with a new Winter Wonderland Menu complete with festive new bites and beverages.
Beginning Nov. 6, all Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations will offer winter-inspired dishes:
- Croque Madame Benedict ($16.50) — Coffee-glazed, applewood-smoked ham over crispy brioche French toast topped with two poached eggs, Mornay sauce and Swiss crisps
- Mint Chocolate Beignets ($7.25) — New Orleans-style beignets topped with mint cheesecake filling, Andes™ chocolate ganache, whipped cream and Andes™ chocolate mints
- Gingerbread Eggnog Pancakes ($12) — Spiced sweet cream batter, eggnog pudding pancakes topped with whipped cream and crystallized macerated cranberries

To add to the festivities, Ruby’s new chilly beverages will also be available across all locations for a flavor-packed, sugary sip that will bring good tidings to all:
- Spiked Sugar Cookie Cold Brew ($9) — Frïs vodka, Di Amore amaretto, cold brew coffee and housemade sugar cookie cream, topped with whipped cream and red sanding sugar
- Sugar Cookie Latte ($6) — A mocktail crafted with French Truck espresso and housemade sugar cookie cream, topped with whipped cream and red sanding sugar
The brand is also launching a special holiday gift card promotion. Now through Dec. 31, guests who purchase $50 in gift cards will receive a $10 bonus card — perfect for gifting to friends, family or even saving for a post-holiday brunch treat. Gift cards can be purchased at any Ruby Slipper or Ruby Sunshine location and the bonus cards can be redeemed from Jan. 1 through Jan. 31, 2025. This limited-time offer is a great way to spread holiday cheer and share the taste of New Orleans.
