Russ Herman is nationally recognized as one of the top litigators in the country. He has also been described as a Renaissance man and has recently published his first book of poetry, “The Topography of Life, Love and Travel.” Aside from serving as President of the 60,000-member American Association of Justice, Herman has also received the Champion of Justice Award from the American Association of Justice and the American Bar Association. He has given more than 200 lectures across 50 states, Great Britain, and Canada, and published numerous articles and books. Herman and his wife, Sandra, take great pride in giving back to the community, and view it as way of spreading joie de vivre to others. According to Herman, “philanthropy is basically a love of city and culture. It is a selfish act because it brings the giver great joy.”
