NEW ORLEANS – Saffron and The Kingsway – both owned by the Vilkhu family – have recently announced new menus, with Saffron debuting new seasonal cocktails and The Kingsway urging guests to try the current menu before the menu flips this fall.
Sip your way through the season with Saffron’s newest cocktail lineup:
- Lady Marmalade: jasmine tea–infused vodka, Licor 43, orange-vanilla cordial, lemon
- Holi Trini-Tini: gin or vodka, Indian trinity, dry vermouth, brine
- Don’t Call it a Lassi: rum blend, mango, whey, lactose, saffron
- Lime in the Coconut: coconut-washed gin, kari leaf, mustard seed, toasted rice, mixed-citrus cordial, lime
- Once Upon a Time in Bollywood: scotch, aquavit, Kashmiri-watermelon, lime leaf, lime, egg white
- Marakata: genever, aquavit, Kerala falernum, Cocchi Americano, Suze, dry vermouth
