Saint John to Host Caribbean Wine Dinner

NEW ORLEANS – Saint John recently announced it is hosting a Summer Caribbean Wine dinner. The dinner will take place at the restaurant in the CBD on Thursday, July 31, at 6 p.m.

Organizers share that Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert designed the six-course meal with dishes inspired by the Caribbean nations of Martinique, Saint Martin and Puerto Rico, among others. Each dish will also be paired with a wine to highlight the places and flavors.

Tickets ($140) are now available via Resy (or by calling the restaurant at 504- 381-0385).

Third Course: Mofongo de Camarones.
