Sip and Stroll Into Spring

 

We are in the most beautiful time of the year in New Orleans. And it’s time to step into many bars and restaurants for fun springtime sipping. We recommend enjoying this time of year with a cocktail in hand and a spring in your step.

The Royal Street Stroll (300-800 block of Royal Street) – Explore all of your fun senses at this year’s stroll Thursday, April 4. This is a highly anticipated event that is part of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience and takes place in the French Quarter. Go out for an evening led parade by the Krewe of Cork and enjoy the wine and food experience along the way. Get your tickets soon and grab your friends.

Mudbugs and Bubbles: Veuve Clicquot Rosé (921 Canal St.) – The Veuve Clicquot even at The Ritz Carlton Hotel is set to be a grand celebration of all things champagne. You can eat all of the crawfish you like and there is unlimited Veuve Clocquot rosé in the lush courtyard. This champagne-filled event will be held Saturday, April 6 from Noon-2 p.m. Additional details can be found on the Facebook event page

5th Annual Rosé Soirée: New Orleans (3827 Baronne St) – Here’s a fun event where you put on your pink attire and sample an array of Martin Wine Cellar's most refreshing roses paired with cheese, selected by their in-house experts and light bites from their catering department. This event will be held Saturday, April 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20.

Rosé Fest (315 N Rendon St.) – Get ready for a celebration of pink wine from around the world and lets raise a glass to those, like us, who love to drink them. Head to Bayou Wine Garden for Rosé Fest on Saturday, April 20 from noon – 2 p.m. There will be five vendors pouring more that 15 different wines. Remember to come thirsty and wear pink!
