NEW ORLEANS (press release) – A part of the hotel’s ongoing Courtyard Fest, SoBou invites guests and locals for some pre-Halloween fun as Bottom of the Tea Cup hosts a spooky afternoon tea in W New Orleans – French Quarter’s iconic courtyard. Each two-course tea service includes finger sandwiches, delectable macarons and beignets, and an assortment of teas.
Guests will have the opportunity to receive a tarot card reading from Bottom of the Cup, which has been providing reliable and authentic readings in New Orleans since 1929. Those that attend Thursday’s event will have the opportunity to meet local artist and author Lori Felix, and receive a signed copy of her book, Heart Space. On Friday, guests will meet with New Orleans native Alys Arden, and a signed copy of her book Casquette Girls as a keepsake.

Cucumber and Herb Cream on Sourdough
Capicola and Brie on Country Wheat

Beignets topped with Powdered Sugar and Steen’s Caramel Sauce
