All that glitters isn’t always gold. In today’s case, it’s white with a little bit of pink and gold. On Nov. 4, local LGBTQ+ and woman-owned clothing company Fringe + Co launched its Something Sparkly wedding collection. Known for its long caftans, eccentric patterns, tinsel jackets and endless supply of sequins, Fringe + Co’s new collection brings the same vibe just for brides, grooms or those just looking to add a little pop to their wardrobe.
A few of our favorites from the 13-piece collection include the white fringe long caftan, the white embroidered sequin long caftan, the pink iridescent duster and the white sequin Gatsby long caftan. Though there is something fun about each piece in the collection, these we think work for several wedding-related events and festivities. The white fringe long caftan would be gorgeous for a bohemian bride on her rehearsal dinner night, while the white sequin Gatsby long caftan we could see worn in a courtyard wedding ceremony followed by a second line or a reception in a French Quarter bar or restaurant. We believe the white embroidered sequin long caftan would also be a great ceremony or reception look, but unfortunately, it’s already sold out on the website.
For our readers not getting married but expecting a baby or looking for a wedding guest accessory piece, in addition to white options there are pink iridescent and embroidered pieces that could be a maternity shoot look or over a satin dress as you attend the wedding of a friend or family member.
