- Put Reno of the Year or New Build of the Year in the subject line.

Submissions must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Renovation of the Year
- More than 2,500 square feet
- Home must be 100% complete and furnished
- Completed by a licensed contractor
- Complete home renovation
- Located in Metairie, New Orleans or Northshore
- Permission from the homeowners to be published, interviewed and photograph the home
- Cannot be published in any other local media
New Build of the Year
- More than 2,500 square feet
- Home must be 100% complete and furnished
- Completed by a licensed contractor
- Built within the last 5 years
- Located in Metairie, New Orleans or Northshore
- Permission from the homeowners to be published, interviewed and photograph the home
- Cannot be published in any other local media
