Living in a tropical climate comes with its challenges, but come late fall/winter, we reap the rewards; particularly when it comes to fashion. By November, our mild but cool temps allow for myriad sartorial choices that colder climates simply cannot accommodate. Which means, those bursting end of summer sale racks on display now, can clothe us for months to come. While you can save on typical summer staples like linens cover ups and gauzy cotton tops, I find the real value in cocktail attire. A strapless or sleeveless dress that is far too bare for a northeastern city in November, feels just right for us.  I have scoured several local shops for deals on great cocktail attire that you can buy now and wear throughout fall.
