James Lambert is the founder and CEO of Concierge Solutions. When Lambert was a student at Loyola University, he waited tables and that is when he had the idea for Concierge Solutions. Lambert saw a need for a social networking app that would allow all workers of the service and hospitality industry to connect with each other. Concierge Solutions’ first product is call OffShift. Through the OffShift app, hospitality workers will be able to share industry-related information.
