NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Le Pavillon Hotel and Urban South Brewery will host The Art of Pairing dinner on Thursday, June 27, in signature restaurant Bijoux for a unique dining experience full of local flavor.
Beginning at 7 p.m., the evening will include guided presentations of French culinary paired with Urban South brews, guided by Executive Chef Derek McKenna and the expert Urban South team. The dinner will include an innovative six-course menu from Le Pavillon’s Bijoux featuring select pairings from Urban South brews, such as the Holly Roller, Carpe Rose and Charming Wit.
