NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Steak and Old Fashioned Lunch will take place at The Bower on Friday, Jan. 26, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Priced at $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity), Executive Chef Marcus Woodham is offering a delightfultwo-course lunch menu, including a New York Strip, salad, and delicious sides. The restaurant will also have $10 Buffalo Trace Old Fashioneds, as well as 1oz pours of top-tier bourbons like Van Winkle 12 Year, Rip Van Winkle 15 Year, Blanton’s Gold, and High West Midwinter Night’s Dram. The menu follows:

Bower Caesar Salad
little gem lettuce, parmesan, anchovies, pangrattato, house Caesar dressing
2nd Course
12oz New York Strip
choice of bordelaise or au poivre sauce
served with crispy new potatoes and creamed collard greens
