From 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., guests can enjoy a delightful two-course lunch, along with $10 Buffalo Trace Old Fashioneds. Priced at $50 per person (plus tax & gratuity), menu follows:
1st Course
Bower Caesar Salad
Little Gem lettuce, parmesan, anchovies, pangrattato, house Caesar dressing
2nd Course
12 oz. New York Strip
Choice of bordelaise or au poivre sauce
Served with crispy new potatoes and creamed collard greens
