NEW ORLEANS (press release) – For two nights only, The Bower will host a special Prime Rib Night, showcasing the king of beef with a crown of flavor. Available from 4 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, and Thursday, Sept. 26, guests can enjoy a three-course menu from Executive Chef Marcus Woodham.
Priced at $49 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the menu includes The Bower Caesar; Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe basil and horseradish pesto; and a 12- ounce Herb and Mustard Crusted Prime Rib. Optional wine pairings, as well as 50% off select wines by the bottle, will be available.
