NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Chloe is set to debut an exciting new culinary event series. The Backyard Bash series is hosted by executive chef Ben Triola and celebrates a bounty of fresh, local ingredients.
The series launches Thursday, May 16, with a Louisiana crawfish boil. Chef Triola will be serving up hearty crawfish platters complete with his signature braised alligator wings and all the fixings, perfectly paired with an ice-cold Miller High Life – all for just $30. The boil can be enjoyed poolside or on their brand-new renovated back deck. The evenings playlist will be curated by Adjacent on WWOZ.
The Bash will go from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., available until supplies last.
