NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Chloe announced new happenings for summer 2025.
- The Chloe Summer Menu: The Chloe just launched a summer menu. Executive Chef Ben Triola will showcase vibrant dishes like roasted lamb chops with dilly tots, English peas, lamb bacon, and minty crème fraîche. At the bar, Beverage Manager Max Menaker debuts seasonal cocktails, including Private Eyes (low ABV with Cynar, Banana, Bitters, Orange Peel, Soda), Limelight (Duck Fat-Washed El Buho Mezcal, Aperol, Passionfruit, Makrut Lime, Lemon), and Future Nostalgia (Jura 10, Grappa Mandorla, Pineapple, Lime, Mint, Cherry)—perfect for poolside sipping. - The Chloe Poolside Passes + VIP Cabanas: The Chloe’s new private cabanas offer a stylish summer escape, with seating for up to eight guests and dedicated poolside service on the shaded deck. For a more casual retreat, day passes and seasonal pool memberships are also available—ideal for locals looking to lounge all summer long. Available for booking here.
- Artists in Residence: The next chapter in the Artists in Residence series welcomes acclaimed singer-songwriter Maggie Koerner (formerly of New Orleans funk band Galactic). Join on Wednesday, June 11, on The Chloe’s Front Lawn for intimate fireside chats, moderated by Todd Schwartz, and cocktails under the stars. Free entry; more details here.
