Working for his father as a teen, Jeffrey Doussan, Jr. grew up in real estate, learning the ropes of buying, selling, and property management at an early age. Today, he helms The Doussan Team, a company he established in 2015 to offer residential and commercial real estate services, property management, and succession planning.
“This is a family business, and we have been around a long time,” says Doussan. “We can marshal a stable of resources that few single agents or teams can rival to get deals done.”
According to The Doussan Team, one of the biggest challenges for realtors in the current market is helping clients find their
ideal dream home, even when they are open to any New Orleans neighborhood.

As New Orleans continues to increase in value as a place to invest, the five-member Doussan Team is bullish on new corridors and is enjoying the opportunity to match clients with hidden gems that allow them to develop and diversify.
