The Eliza Jane to Host Magic Show in February

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Old Fashioned Magic is back at The Eliza Jane. For one weekend only, the property is hosting a unique event for locals and travelers alike. On Feb. 20 and 21, guests are invited to escape into an intimate, 50-seat evening of wonder by magician Ryan Plunkett.  

Designed for close-up astonishment, Old Fashioned Magic blends elegant sleight-of-hand and storytelling in a setting that puts guests mere feet from the action. The experience offers one of New Orleans’ most intimate magic performances, set just steps from the French Quarter, where centuries of folklore, Voodoo traditions and storytelling have shaped the city’s mystique. 

The limited two-night event offers multiple showtimes (Feb. 20: 7 & 9 p.m., Feb 21: 5, 7, 9 p.m.) with tickets, starting at $58 per person, on sale now.  

Guests are encouraged to make an evening of the affair and enjoy pre- or post-show dinner at Couvant, The Eliza Jane’s French-inspired brasserie, or cocktails at The Press Room, both located on-property and adjacent to the performance space.
