NEW ORLEANS – In time with the spring season, The Elysian Bar – inside the Hotel Peter & Paul in the Marigny – has announced new menu items. The restaurant shares the menu items has a Mediterranean & European inspiration with a nod to the city of New Orleans. The Elysian Bar regularly makes our editor’s top picks and the new menu items look like they would lend themselves to an intimate date night or even a night out with friends.
Brunch:
- Mushroom & Burrata: confit oyster mushrooms, burrata, housemade loaf
- Egg Tart: egg, lemon, Manchego, puff pastry
Dinner:
- Salmon Crudo: Castelvetrano olives, marinated olive oil, dehydrated salmon skin
- Marinated Pear Salad: Louisiana lettuce, mizuna, garlic croutons, pear dressing
- Chicken Under a Brick: kale aioli, wilted Brussel sprouts, pickled green strawberry
- Sous Vide Squash: everything bagel spice, cashew cream, preserved lemon
- Olive Oil Cake: blackberries, whipped cream

- The Rag Picker: Elephant Amaro, fair coffee liqueur, pineapple rum, lemon, egg white
- Live Oak & Lion: Mezcal, Cocchi Americano, Amaro Nonino, orange bitters, Peychaud’s Bitters
