Founded by Danny Cruz and Vilexys Salas in 2020, Tacos Del Cartel creates a transformative experience, with every bite crafting a unique sense memory of distinct flavors, emotions, and history only found in Mexico City. Utilizing a specific nixtamalization process for the tortillas and a unique blend of chile pasilla Mixe, chile Costeño, and chile chilhuacle, Chef Santos instills love and flavor into every Tacos Del Cartel dish.
