NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Mister Mao is known for hosting its wildly popular guest chef pop-up series, a one-night-only dinner series that spotlights visiting chefs, vendors, and more. On Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m., Mister Mao brings Chef Finn Walter, 2022 James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef: Texas from The Nicolett, the fine dining destination in West Texas serving high plains cuisine, to take over the kitchen for a mouth-watering seven-course feast for $115 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
