The Roosevelt Hotel Announces Summer Chef Pop-Up Series
Iconic hotel welcomes hot local culinary artists at six-week series on its renovated rooftop pool deck
NEW ORLEANS (press release) – As part of its 125th Anniversary celebration, The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is welcoming local pop-up chefs to its rooftop deck every Thursday for six weeks from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The series kicks off Thursday, May 2 with Taceaux Loceaux.
Taste buds will ignite while the summer sun sets, enticing guests with culinary performances by local chefs, including traditional and vegan options. From creative taco concoctions made with Korean-style chicken to Burmese salads and spicy curry to hot dogs topped with crawfish étouffée, there’s something for everyone. Locals and visitors alike are invited to feast on some of New Orleans best cuisine while enjoying the rooftop view.

We take pride in supporting what makes our community so unique, which includes unforgettable culinary experiences.”
Taceaux Loceaux, Diva Dawg, Lahpet, Aperol and Alma will be creating specialty menus during the series. Guests can partake in premium cocktails provided by The Roosevelt’s Rooftop Bar that will complement the unique tastes of each menu each night of the series.

Access to the chef pop-up series is free and open to the public. Dish prices range from $5.00 – $15.00.
