NEW ORLEANS – The Royal Sonesta New Orleans will host many “fest-ivities” during the French Quarter Festival weekend events at both the Jazz Playhouse and Bar R’evolution.
JAZZ PLAYHOUSE
The property’s award-winning live jazz lounge, Jazz Playhouse, will serve as an official stage during the festival with extended hours from Friday, April 17 – Sunday, April 19. See the graphic below for full details on the lineup:Â
- The 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. shows are free to attend, with no tickets, f&b minimums or age limitations, which makes Jazz Playhouse an ideal destination for families and first timers.
- The 8 p.m. house shows throughout the weekend will be 21+ with a one drink minimum per person, and reserved seating tickets available for purchase.Â
BAR R’EVOLUTION

From 4-6 p.m. throughout the festival weekend, guests can “Escape the Crowd” at Bar R’evolution and enjoy dedicated specials like:Â
- BLACKENED CRAWFISH NACHOS $18 with spicy cheese sauce, tomatoes, green onions
- CAJUN SHRIMP SALAD LETTUCE WRAP $15 with celery, chives, lemon zest
- BANANA PUDDING CAKE $12 with Bourbon caramel sauce and vanilla whipped cream
