NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Stride Shop, a performance-focused physical therapy clinic serving runners in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, will offer free gait analysis trials at the upcoming Crescent City Classic race expo in conjunction with Varsity Sports.
The Stride Shop offers two gait analysis technologies. Their most advanced option, the RunDNA System, provides an in depth look at biomechanics, running efficiency and potential injury risks, giving runners the insights they need to train smarter and reach their goals.
At the expo, screenings will feature the RunEasi AI system, a fast and effective analysis that delivers immediate feedback on running form along with simple, actionable tips runners can use right away.
Founded in 2019 by physical therapists and lifelong runners Ryan Hill and Niraj Vora, The Stride Shop specializes in helping runners and endurance athletes move efficiently, train consistently, and reach long term performance goals. During the expo, participants will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary movement and gait assessment from licensed physical therapists, along with individualized feedback on running mechanics, injury risk, and training considerations ahead of race day.
“Our goal is to meet runners where they are and give them practical insights they can use immediately,” said Vora. “Whether someone is chasing a personal record or simply trying to run pain free, understanding how they move is one of the most valuable tools they can have.”
The Crescent City Classic is one of the largest and most celebrated road races in the region, drawing thousands of runners each year. The Stride Shop views the expo as an opportunity to connect directly with the community and provide meaningful, hands on support.
“We’ve seen firsthand how small adjustments in mechanics and training can lead to major improvements in performance and confidence,” Hill said.
The Stride Shop operates locations in Baton Rouge and New Orleans and remains committed to helping athletes of all levels move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest potential. For more information, visit www.thestrideshop.com.
