Over time the white-collar workforce has become increasingly and, in some cases, predominately female. No longer is there novelty in women fulfilling non-traditional roles, for most of those roles are by now traditional. One result is that there are more stories to tell, more people to highlight, so much so that this year we have expanded our list from 10 to 15 profiles. They, of course, represent only a small sample of women doing great things.
We will savor the moment, though, with appreciation for those on these pages.
