Being an entrepreneur and cultivating long-term satisfaction and success was always a part of Tracie Myers’ vision for herself, and today she lives that dream as Sales Manager/Broker for the Uptown Office of Gardner Realtors.
“Real estate is one of the most fulfilling careers out there,” says Myers, who enjoys the opportunity to positively affect her agents by giving them the tools to assist clients in making one of the most important decisions of a lifetime: buying or selling a home.
At Gardner Realtors, Myers coaches fellow real estate professionals, teaching success habits and income-producing activities that result in the highest income per hour. She attributes much of her own success to her mentor, Joe Epstein, who embraced the importance of creating and sustaining long-lasting, meaningful relationships. Myers husband, John, who is a Realtor with Gardner, is also an integral part of ongoing training for the agents.
Gardner’s distinctive approach is evidenced by the awards the company has amassed, including the designation of “Best Residential Real Estate Company” by readers of CityBusiness. Additionally, Gardner Realtors was named “Top Workplace” and awarded the annual Ethics Award by NOLA.com|The Times Picayune.
Through the #GardnerLove program, Myers and Gardner Realtors give a portion of each closing to help adults and children in need through the New Orleans Mission.
