Two New Orleans Hotels Announce Menu Updates

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Salon Salon and Brutto Americano, have recently announced new menus.


·         Maison Métier’s bar Salon Salon has unveiled a new signature cocktail menu. Featured house drinks include Pink Demon, a tropical creation of rum, guava, coconut and lime; and Les Passantes, a mix of rum, campari, pineapple, falernum, absinthe and lime.  Classics are reimagined with favorites like Espresso a la Métier and Dirty Boi Martiniwhile also offering alcohol free mocktails including Buzzin’ Around, made with n/a vermouth, dill, honey, verjus and egg white.

·       Next door, The Barnett’s coastal Italian-inspired hot spot, Brutto Americano, has introduced a new Happy Hour menuMonday – Friday from 4 – 6 p.m., guests can indulge in signature plates including Sweet Corn Arancini with zatarain’s, crispy prosciutto and chow chow ($8) and Chicken Spiedinicomplete with tomato mostarda and a garlic-coriander crisp ($12). Bites can be enjoyed alongside 50% off all beer and wines by the glass, and craft cocktails like the signature Sicilian 75’ ($10), a refreshing mix of gin, cava and house limoncello.
