NEW ORLEANS (press release) – This Valentine’s Day weekend, Jack Rose, Hot Tin and Bayou Bar will be offering a series of festive lunches, brunches and dinners beginning Friday, Feb. 12, and running through Sunday, Feb. 14. The restaurants will all feature Valentine’s Specials curated by Chef/Owner Brian Landry, in addition to the signature a la carte menu. Specials follow:

Galentine’s Day Dinner Specials: Saturday, Feb. 13

Steak & Eggs – wagyu flank, crispy potatoes, salsa Verde

Shrimp & Grits – étouffée sauce

Glitter Chicken & Waffles – pepper jelly

Valentine’s Lunch & Dinner Specials: Friday, Feb. 12, and Sunday, Feb. 14

Veal Sweetbreads – Meyer lemon verjus, coriander, shallots
Wagyu Flank Steak – marrow butter, radicchio, Yorkshire pudding
Grilled Lamb Chops – pistachios, pomegranate, hard herbs

The venues will be open for Friday Lunch on Feb. 12 (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.); Galentine’s Day dinner on Saturday, Feb. 13 (5 p.m. – 10 p.m.), and Valentine’s Day brunch (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and Valentine’s dinner (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.) on Sunday, Feb. 14. Reservations are recommended for Jack Rose and Hot Tin and can be made via or Jack Rose, Hot Tin and Bayou Bar are located in the Pontchartrain Hotel at 2031 St. Charles Aven. in New Orleans’ Garden District.


Toups’ Meatery

This Valentine’s Day, Toups’ Meatery, the contemporary Cajun eatery located in Mid-City, is offering festive takeout dishes certain to impress your Valentine. Orders must be placed by Thursday, Feb. 11, for pickup on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. Items sold separately; all pricing is per person. Special wine bottles and batched cocktails will also be available to go.
