  • Valentine’s Menu: Batch will be offering a $22/person two-course dine-in only Valentine’s Day menu from February 12-14, available from 5pm-9pm. Reservations are required on Valentine’s Day. The menu features Crawfish Bread with sautéed crawfish tails, peppers, onions and mixed cheeses with bacon and sliced tomatoes; and a 10z New York Strip topped with BBQ Butter and Lumped Crabmeat and served with sautéed green beans and potato medley. Festive cocktails include the Mardi Gras Martini made with vanilla infused vodka, praline liqueur, and Bailey’s Irish cream; and The Bubbly Hearts made with champagne and sloe gin.   • Mardi Gras Menu: To satisfy cocktail cravings during Mardi Gras Weekend, stop in the lobby level at Hyatt Centric French Quarter from 10am-2pm for a selection of festive to-go libations from the “Centric Bar Float.” Guests can choose to-go cocktails and drinks like Bloody Mary’s, Garden Mary’s, Mimosas, Beer, Wine, Mardi Gras Martini, Bubbly Hearts Cocktail, or refillable Pecan Bourbon Flasks filled with Batch restaurant’s own crafted infused bourbon. At Powdered Sugar, enjoy various dishes from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. such as Cream Cheese Filled Mardi Gras Croissants; Chocolate Hearts Croissants; King Cake Latte with almond, cinnamon, and vanilla topped with whipped cream and Mardi Gras sugar; Red Velvet Pancakes with Cream Cheese Topping served with choice of bacon or turkey sausage; Crawfish Cajun Ciabatta Melt with sautéed crawfish tails, peppers, onions, mixed cheese with bacon and sliced tomatoes and a side of fries; and Fried Catfish Strips & Fries served with hushpuppies, tartar and cocktail sauces.
