The past year or so has been full of adventures, both good and bad, for Bliss Bridal New Orleans. After undergoing two store moves, Bliss opened its doors at 2126 Magazine St., bright and early Aug. 9. The new space, located in the fashion-forward area of Magazine Street off of Jackson Avenue, has double the amount of square footage and a larger staff. Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., brides can peruse the numerous racks of bridal and bridesmaid attire. In the coming weeks Bliss will debut selections shipped in from Atlanta and Barcelona.

I Do Bridal Couture in Baton Rouge is hosting designer Heidi Elnora Aug.19 and 20. Brides can book an appointment to meet the designer during a consultation and have her create a one of a kind dream gown.
Blanc Bridal Couture on Magazine Street is having a Pronovais Atelier Trunk Show Aug.12 and 13. The entire collection will be in store.
Bustles & Bows Bridal Boutique in Metairie is having a Kenneth Winston 2017 Couture Collection trunk show, now through Aug. 13.
Saturday, Aug. 27, Galatoire's is hosting a Wedding Open House. Couples will get to tour the grand dame of New Orleans old-line restaurants, and see what they have to offer for your wedding festivities: wedding receptions, bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, etc. This event is open and encouraged for currently engaged couples.
